If you are not satisfied with your trail magik carrier, you will be able to return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Please let us know if you experience any problems as typically we've been able to troubleshoot & help you love the Trail Magik Carrier like we do. In case you do decide to return, the customer will pay for shipping back to Trail Magik.
Lost + Stolen + Damaged Packages
We have partnered with Corso, a package protection company. By selecting Corso at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, you can easily file a claim with Corso and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. Trail Magik is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping:
For International shipping: USPS Basic International Shipping can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks. Some countries have more lengthy customs time and we cannot help that. If you need fast shipping please choose DHL.
For DHL shipping, sometimes customs charges are added at the final destination, sometimes they are not. It is up to the customer to pay the customs charges.
